Arnt there cannals or something that connect the differnt lakes?

They're actually connected by the Yahara River, which is too small to include on the map and wouldn't really add anything gameplay-wise.

how do i set this up as a region?

I'm from Milwaukee, which is the largest city of the state that Madison is the capital of. I love the Madison area, but it's very confusing to drive around though. Has anybody heard of the numerous lake monster sightings of those two lakes (Mendota the larger one and Monona)?

Brrr.... driving around Madison isn't a sunday cruise ... The downtown are between two lakes is too small to build enough parking lots and one way streets around the capitoly just drive me crazy , very nice map tho ! : )

You xenites are so scared of our downtown... The only thing frightening about it are the people from Illinois (who may or may not get out of their vehicles in the middle of traffic to berate you.) At least our interchange isn't in a million pieces. ;)

well, i dont see why you should be scared of madison. ive lived there 4 awhile, and trust me, its a nice place. good map, really accurate. 10/10

Very good, and realistic, There is nothing wrong with Madison's downtown once you get use to it
