what does these building do?

i mean does it just for those condos and apartments?

brilliant!!!. but now what about the commercial 6by collection, are those of all wealth aswell or just high wealth?

When is the Industrial one coming out?

Industrial isn't needed as it isn't dependant on facing the road :)

Please don't blast me for my dumb question, but what must I do with it? Does this get put into the plugin folder and it will do it stuff or do I need anything else to make it work?

Im still not sure what it is but i downloaded it anyway.

I'm not sure what this is either. I'm worried that it will make the maxis buildings more repetative in my cities or does it do the opposite?
