I've downloaded it but now I don't remember if it is growable or plopable... Deserves to be growable to add a bit more diversity to those old farms...

it is growable, says so in the description (non-ploppable)

I saw a lot of these in Vermont. Pretty good, although it would be nice if the texture of the house was unique.
