does having them there impact crime in your city?

it produces a little crime but does not affect the city in a mayor way, the wealth demand still depends on your city layout

Is it really bad or somethng because $15,000 is a lot.

Only thing i hate is the toxic waste thing in it. Make some more godfather stuff like the Lake Tahoe Estate. Oh and make some Scarface stuff too!

If you bulldoze this lot, your city treasury will go into the negative millions and the game will automatically end, you can try it but save your game before you bulldoze the lot.
