Water Tower Peach  1.0

About This File

Based on a local landmark, near Clanton Alabama. Adds a little fun to the suburbs! I got the idea for this lot from Dev, who lives near the real one.

Custom Features : Query, Menu Icon

Lot Type : 2x2 Utility

Statistics :

Plop Cost : $7,500 ; Bulldoze Cost : $100

Monthly Cost : 75

Pollution : Air - 0, Water - 0, Garbage - 0

Water Generated : 7,500 cu. m/month

Directions: Place the lot file in a new folder, in the My Docs/SimCity/Plugins directory. The .DAT files should be placed in the /Maxis/SimCity 4/Plugins file.

When placing this lot, be sure to lay the pipes under all 4 tiles of the lot. There is a quirk on custom water lots, and they don't necessarily connect to the shown pipe in the underground view.

Please see the readme file for dependencies (only textures).

I can't vouch for the one in Alabama, but i've seen the same thing in South Carolina -- so, yes, these do exist!

Yes - A water tower like this one also sits along I-85 near Gaffney South Carolina (not far from where I live) Perhaps this could be a tourist attraction/water tower combo?? Is that possible? Good Job!

Wow! I've driven by this thing sooooo many times.... Used to coach a church Bible Quiz team that travelled from Birmingham to Montgomery. They called this thing "Peachbutt"--if you saw it from southbound I-65, you'd understand why. :-) Great job again, SG.
