Just like the previous Nexis Mansions lot, this is the Slayer Mansion, from the City Journal *Nexis of Genesis*. Named after a character in the story, Kevin Slayer, by a member of Simtropolis, slayerovsims.
Two different versions are included, choose whichever you prefer (or both), a growable R$$$ 3x5 and a ploppable Landmark without residents.
