Blast! I just found a bug in the lot. The parking lot bleeds through to the base texture I think because of the LODS. I'm working on fixing the problem.

Man i use these all the time! I wish there was more to them are you ever going to make more? I want my cities to have megaresort water parks :)

It's really nice. Although, the texturing could use a little work and there needs to be more waterpark stuff to go with it.
