Fixes
Now these tree lots are now free to maintain as they are simply trees
The lots with the colored lights trees will now show a no power zot as these lots will need power to light up the trees.
Lowere water demand also
lowered the cost of ploping the lots as well.
I have also added two more tree lots to the pack
2x2 lots with palms and yuccas for ground cover to give more of an island look.
