I decided to finish some of the older models I had lying around, and this Train Maintenance building was one of them. It's rather small, and doesn't really serve a purpose other than looks.
Note that NO TRAINS WILL BE ABLE TO DRIVE THROUGH THIS LOT! You'll have to keep this in mind when attaching this building to your railroad network. I've done this to keep it realistic; after all, who has ever heard of a main train route going right through a maintenance building?
