Nibancho Cashew Building  1.0.0

This is a 2x2 office corner building, meant to be used as a commercial building in the Asian set.

It is based on the real life Nibancho Cashew Building (二番町カシュービル), which is a 9-floor small building located in Nibancho, Tokyo, Japan. You can see that I changed a few things about the building to give it more details in the game.

To use, simply copy the downloaded file into Simcity3000/buildings folder.

According to a Japanese office space leasing website: "Nibancho Cashew Building is a 1-minute walk from Kojimachi Station and its address is Nibancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. It is a beautiful building with a grade appearance and entrance, and is in good management condition. Facing along Nippon Television Dori, the building has good lighting. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and the building is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the station. Please take a look at the building when you come to the neighborhood."
