This is a large medical clinic using a Xannepan JENX building. Nothing Special.

 

Plop - $5000

Bulldoze - $1000

Monthly - $400

Capacity - 1500 patients

Radius of small map with double the HQ as normal clinic.

 

I use this as a starter to get large cities growing quickly. Thanks to Xannepan for the wonderful building. There are no outside dependencies for this lot. Enjoy!
