Well, this is my first commercial BAT lot. Even though I know I could probably do better, I admit this isn't a bad start.
Naturally, what's a city without a Dunkin Donuts for all those people who love coffee and donuts right?
This is growable, and it will not replace any of your lots in the game. Bulldoze cost is $85 and it provides up to 9 CS$ jobs for your sims. Not trying to be rude but just for a little stereotypical giggle there's a couple of police cars in the parking lot

I'll probably end up updating this lot because I'm not too happy with how the building appears in the game (choppy looking on the closest zoom - even though the model quality was high when I exported it). But of course that might be something to do with how I have the visuals set up in my game. Also included in the download is a prop of the Dunkin Donuts sign, and of course everything has working nitelites.
