The Mendenhall Building is a recreation of 2309 Locust Street, in St. Louis, USA. It was built in 1914, with a new facade in 1934. It housed Auburn Graves Motor Company and Mendenhall Motor Company early in its life, and has since housed a variety of business. It grows in the Chicago and New York tilesets.

  • 1x3 growable CO§§ lot.

  • MaxisNite and DarkNite versions included.

  • DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd.

  • "Metadata.yaml" is included for sc4pac, and does not need to go into your plugins folder.
