Hi guys,

this is a residential lot called "Lavatrici" (in English "Washing  Machines"). It is based on the low wealth building taking place in the Italian city Genoa in the popular neighborhood "Pegli". This building was constructed in the 80's of the last century. Its name is due to the shape of the front walls that remember a washing machine.

In the game it's a low wealth and high density residential.

I'll wait for your comments and suggestions.
