Here are the 4-track passenger rail stations. They are made to emulate local rail stations along busy 4-track lines (such as along the Northeast Corridor south of New Haven, CT). Included is a 4-track version of Don Miguel's Realistic Passenger Rail Station (I have his permission).
Credit goes to Don Miguel for the wall platform design and for making the passenger station. Credit also to r102 for the crossover design adapted here.
Just drop in SimCity 4\Plugins folder as usual.
