Awesome job! I've been looking forward to this lot for a while. Also, thank you for giving so many different option for the type of building, because most fo the time you don't see a whole lot of R$$ and CO$$ buildings on the exchange.

Another KEY thing that you always do is clearly label things inside the zip file. A lot of people neglect this and it can cause a lot of confusion when unzipping only the growable file. 10!

A very nice looking building. And many configurations to go with it, good work. I give you a 10. Curious why the growables are larger than the plops. Is there a reason for that?

Cool! Excellent! IMO, you should have kept the darker blue texture, with no reflections, and you should have used a less reflective ref. on the base.

thanks everybody, SimTiki, i wish more people did it this way too! GrampaAl, the archs over hang the street on the 2x2 lot, because i can fit a prop over the street but not a building. thanks bees80! it's impossible to please everybody and i don't even see you making anything better?

newyork and DT, i spent many hours on the textures. i took info that i got from the forum to make them. some wanted it darker some wanted it lighter, some wanted building reflectoins some wanted clouds, so i tried to meet somewhere in the middle. thanks for the constructive criticism though :)

DT, i wanted the base to have a reflective texture because i wanted it too look like metal and not stone. and thanks everybody for your positive and constructive feedback
