This 4x5 lot features a church and a cemetery. It functions as a museum in the game.

The attached screenshots show my custom grass (Lowkee's Appalachian terrain mod). As far as I know the used texture ID's are standard, so it should work whether or not you're using particular mods. Let me know in the comments if you run into any trouble! Also let know if you end up using this in your cities. I'd love to see some screenshots!
