This file has been created by Temroc over at the now defunct SC4Kurier. There are currently plans to restore the lost content from the Kurier, but this will take some time, so, in the meantime, I, 11241036, am uploading this file on behalf of SFBT and in consultation with Tyberius06, in case it is needed as a dependency.
Short description
The building in this download was modelled after an example in pre-war Chemnitz, in the vicinity of the pub "Römischer Kaiser". There are several variants, such as growable residential and commercial lots, which grow in the european-contemporary style (stage 5 and above) on 1x1 medium density corner lots, as well as functional commercial ploppables, both orthogonal and diagonal lots. The latter are suitable for intersections, but not curves. For more information, see below.

Installation:
Copy/extract the SFBT parent folder into your plugins. If you extracted the _Documents folder into your plugins, too, it's highly recommended to keep it, but move it out of the Plugins folder.
To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards. You can also uninstall only the growable or ploppable version by deleting the corresponding lot file.
