The monthly income is a nice detail. But what about the green below the boat?

It isn't green, it is the base texture, but for some reason it disappears when you zoom in to this level. If anyone know how to fix this I will be happy to update. I do not know how to remove base textures, so I am stuck with this for now. Thanks for all the comments.

How about a tour boat giving tours of the city? With a building/ticket booth where sims pay to get a tour. How about a riverfront cafe with outdoor seating? Also, in Chicago there is a water arch that spans the Chicago river. It is a neat visual with the skyline behind it.

Incredible work!!!! However I must say PLEASE upload those turns as soon as possible!!! I've started implementing these in my cities but its a pain to only be able to put them on straight beaches. Thanks for all your work though.

Awesome!! what a cool houseboat. Its very realistic too. The details are amazing. I will definetely use this in my cities. This is great for lakes. Excellent Job. Its a 10+.
