This is basically a collection of my best BAT's that i ever uploaded to the SimCity.com exchange. The reason that these old SimCity.com exchange buildings that i have uploaded are being made available here is because i am pulling all of my 40 or more lots from the exchange, and am taking the ones worth saving from there and bringing them here for better safekeeping from piracy. They may not be the best in the world, but they're better off here.

Sk8zim's Sk8park:
The is the normal Maxis skate park that is in the game, but with many added props to give the street aspect of skateboarding some life in the game. Enjoy rails, ramps, and funboxes in this new update! Enjoy!
ZimNational Library:
This is a very cool library building. Plop Cost: 5,000, Monthly Cost: 200. Enjoy! 
ZimCorp Offices:
A tall office building made of steel. Looks cool in your city! Enjoy!
Starbucks Coffee:
The first Brand Name building to be uploaded [to the SimCity.com exchange]! The ultimate coffee shop, Starbucks, is now available for SimCity 4 through this download. Very realistic, based on a real store picture. Enjoy!
Viper House:
A futuristic looking house. Low wealth, low density residential. Enjoy!
Water Mill:
An old days water mill capable of producing 750 units of power. Clean and efficient for your city. Looks cool! Thanks to Couchpotato for some of the industry props.
Splooge N' Plooge:
Splooge N' Plooge has 2 floors, a roof unit, and smoke. Looks superb! Enjoy this Manufacturing Industry lot! :-D
