Way to go Mr BisnM ... we need many more SMALLER buildings.

It should be interesting to note that Maxis itself uses what I call selective compression. Some of the lower level (Stages) lots have smaller than normal houses and such, and even some mansions are way too small. So it really depends on what you compare them to.

a small-town electronic store, vs. the giant-name lots, let's see which one comes out on top, lol, nice lot!

Updated: Version one had some problems,(read Edit above),it is fixed now..desc and .model files are included in the .lot file.
