Another week, another map!  This time it's Quebec City, Quebec (for SimCity 4) by request from @maxdv85.  

The map is 20 x 20 large city tiles and is accurately scaled based on DEM data.  It has been rotated -40 degrees for easier street grid layout.

In order to install the map you will need wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer as the file is in SC4M format.

I hope you can put this map to good use, enjoy!
