About This File

In reference to mini cooper, Walgreens has been expanding a lot by using a new smaller store prototype format they dubbed 'Cooper.' Now your sims can enjoy a mini Walgreens.

3x3 lot. Functions as a clinic.

Dependencies: 

*Version 3.1.4 has not yet been released. However, the needed props for this file to work are included as part of this download under the temporary folder.

thank you  nice idea to make as a clinic  functions well and looks good in game day & night   also a welcome update to the SC4 2023 cityscape
