About This File

I made a plugin to move the screen in a better way.
I've assigned the shortcut keys to scroll the screen to w, a, s, d keys.
And the original residential and commercial hotkeys were assigned to F1 through F6.
That's why you cannot use the original F1 ~ F6 hotkeys' function, which are:

F1	god mode
F2	mayor mode
F3	my sim mode
F4	options panel
F5	day only
F6	night only

Download the dat file into the following direction: My document > Simcity4 > Plugins.

It works like a charm! I know that there is a more convoluted way of changing hotkeys, but you delivered it in a nice .dat. Thank you! I used to use a macro pad just to be able to scroll the screen with my left hand. That is not a consideration for me anymore.
