Hi, My first attempt with B.A.T, This Water Tower had been build to have one more choice between the "too little" Waterpump and the "Too expensive Huge Water Pump", Like you will see, workers are still busy around the Water Tower, its a must to have a Good quality water (but no exces around! Nature is frail!). Last minute Info: those workers are a bit noisy, so... Thx and...Enjoy! 
(A special thanks to all the Tutorial Bat author found in EA site and Simptropolis.com) Installation: Just unzip all the files in \My Documents\....\SimCity 4\Plugins.
