yes you heard me this the the marina, except cooler looking, it cannot be driven into (sorry maby you could do it your selves), it will spit out marina ships and passanger ferry ships, my finest work yet, just is case you are intrested i was modding a bus station, which has the same type of buildings, so that how i can use the marina
