    yes you heard me this the the marina, except cooler looking, it cannot be driven into (sorry maby you could do it your selves), it will spit out marina ships and passanger ferry ships, my finest work yet, just is case you are intrested i was modding a bus station, which has the same type of buildings, so that how i can use the marina

    this contains 2 hospitals, the under water hospital is conpletely under water and comes with 3kinds of helicopter, 4kinds of plane and 2farries. the un-under water hospital is the same, except it is not underwater.

    this is a copy of the stage3 city hall, it works like the city hall should, i used a large plaza as the real building so it really boosts the Cs.
