The idea is contemporary, but not unusaul. Greenland on the roof have already appeared in many modern house design, although I didn't have a change to see one. For your lot, the sign, doors and windows are not in scale. But great work, I would like to see more of this kind of houses around my city.

Yes, good first building. I always render my buildings several times (as a Draft) until I am happy with the scale of everything. It is hard to get the scale right. Keep up the good work!

haha cute!! I think this is pretty damn cool. And I always see grass on top of buildings. In fact my apartment complex has a whole grass, pool, etc. on top of the parking lot. I will download when you get the growable working. Here's a 10 for now.
