To Use:
Unpack, place in Regions folder, play. Raised lines reference streets, roads and highways. Refer to enclosed maps
if you're unsure which is which. Simply level and place roads as you go or zone agriculture around them. No extra
terrain-ing required, unless you want it. Use any non-elevation altering terrain texture or water mod. Stand alone
or import into larger regions.
