Five Points Condominiums 1.0

Very interesting design, Looks very russian. The roof is first class! love the sky dome. Balconies look a bit weird only coming down half way, but overall 10/10!! Only thing is, it looks a bit small to house 1500 people, but i suppose Russian buildings are overcrowded hehe.

I thought about the balconies only coming down half way and the reason I did it that way is this.... The top floors are higher rent and more excllusive. I thought my Sims deserved something for their hard earned Simoleans.

Also the Russian thing was solely inspired by you, Morhavoc. I wasn't thinking Russian when I was building it. Your comment in my BAT thread gave me the idea and it adds to the story of the building. Thanks.

Looks good! I love the Dome on top.

The dome is great, the windows are spectacular, the nightlighting is really nice and I love the site of the front entrance and it's blue awning. GREAT JOB!!!

Very neat! Your skills are definitely improving. 10 for ya! Though, I think Morhavoc is correct about the number of people the condo could house. Maybe you should change it to, hmm... 300? Or you could just change the size of the building to make it bigger. ^_^

Hey, maybe there is a basement that has like 10 more floors and that's where the other 1200 people live.... LOL

changing the dimensions in the PM would make the front door and the windows out of proportion. Then it would house 300 people that are 12 feet tall

i love it, except once again either change the capaciyt to like 250 or make the buildign a little taller, and besides the landmark version is a bit insane on stats...but i like it regardless! you get a 9 from me

Yeah that's a very Russian design. Makes me think of the Scarlet Sails complex in Moscow, it's a high wealth high rise condominium complex. Colours are different though. Anyway I love the skylight on this building, and it's very well detailed. Great! :D
