Here is the next in my series of low rise residential buildings. The Five Points Condominiums were inspired by the buildings of Moscow and Alexandria Russia. The growable version houses 300 Sims and is R$$$. Notice the sign in front lights up at night. Special thanks to Goldiva for the nite textures.
