Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon (population 13 million) is the largest city in Vietnam. It is located in the southeastern part of Vietnam along the Saigon River.
The map is 24 x 20 large city tiles and accurately scaled based on DEM data.
In order to install the map you will need wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer as the file is in SC4M format.
