Plopable. You cannot make growable lots bigger than 6x6 to the best of my knowledge.

Perhaps there are caveats when you get bigger than 6x6, but here are two examples of big growables:

Thanks for getting back to me on that though, I'd been waiting a spot for this and Heblem's Target Supercenter to grow - and glad I gave up waiting.
