I love the Cobb line of buildings. Hmmm, maybe I should name a city after you and have nothing but your buildings in it.

Cobb, another excellent building, they seem to get better and better. good points, the balconies, good color, and cool awkard shape. next time, try a different pool texture. 10

Well I changed the model to a landmark for my game and created a new lot for the model (couldn't find anywhere that would fit the original lot) but I like this. I've seen it in-game now, and it's excellent, although the night lighting does look a little overpowering at further zooms...

... (cont.) but all of that doesn't stop me from giving this a 10/10 - it's an excellent model. I'm going to refer to it as a hotel in the journal, mind... Nice lettering on the building's base, btw.

Damn we need an edit feature here... ok, maybe it woulda fit with the existing lot, but I wanted to play around with cerulean's textures...
