About This File

This is a CS_3x3_$$1 with 27 jobs. It does not pop up in mass so it is more realistic, you don't see 3 post offices on a block now do you.

Post offices here are a lot biger, because it is Canada post, so onmy a little bit gos out per day. And they need a lot of room to store the letters, eh? Looks okay!

IMO stuff like post office should be ploppable. I put these with police stations, schools and the like. looks good otherwise.

I think it was a good idea you made it growable, since cities with hundreds of thousands usually are divided up into more than 1 zipcode. Excellent lot

i'd prefer to see plopable with some type of bonus for having them, cause it's convenient if the post office is close by. looks good though.

I would have liked to made it a reward with like 3 or 4 diffrent types depending on the size of you city but I couldn't get that figured out.

Not bad. As for ploppable vs. growable, post offices don't have any functionality in the game anyways, so it doesn't matter to me. Perhaps you could apply a brick texture to the side of the building...wall looks a bit plain.

Make it a ploppable: Good Description? -1 = -1 Stats? -1 = -2 Nightlights?(no info)? 0 + -2 Ploppable? 0 + -2 Grow?: -3 + -5 Replacement? 0 = -5 Price: NA Jobs: 3 = -2 Overall (5-0) 4=2 RATING: 2

I was just thinking the other day that one of the things that's really missing in SimCity is a Post Office (with a mail delivery UDI mission). Now if Maxis would put into the game a phone company and phone lines (and maybe cell phone towers), the Sims could really communicate!

A post office is nice. Be nice to see custom postal truck props, but these are fairly close. :) Now all we need is a few UDI-enabled UPS and FedEx lots. Hmm, Plop vs Grow? Growable POs can indicate a growing city, but not if they get bunched up together.

Cool idea. The building looks uninspiring imho. Perhaps this is for realism? :)

About the nite lights, you really can't see them anyway since the BAT lights do not shine out of the building. (a serious flaw) There are lights but only in the front (there are no need for anymore windows.) You can't see the lights because of the overhang.

P.S.- Plopable vs. Growable- It took me a very long time to get this to grow, therefore you should't need to worry about mass pop-ups. If anyone is having that problem please PM me.

Post office = good idea, I've been thinking SC should have that. Ploppable would've been better IMO, but still appreciated, Thanks.

A growable Post Office is better than nothing. Might be an idea to have a little ATM machine to jazz up the blank wall too.

When they were creating this version of SC4 they should have included phones, mail, cable, etc. Thanks for this. Great work.
