Sears Recycled 1.0

There was surely a time where if one were to say Sears was going to go broke, everyone else would have laughed.  Sadly, though, the unthinkable has happened.  A local Sears near me was actually torn down, though the mall is planning to expand in that direction and will just build new buildings to replace it.

These building recycles are a creative twist on the whole abandoned buildings concept in SC4 as they make a more dynamic use of the property rather than simply getting out the bulldozer or letting the game's interpretation of abandonment take over.  Nice work!
