well here is my first bat upload. it is office building for my buildings to come.. i'm not good at using the i-live reader, so the only properties the lot has is the ones i could do with plug-in manager..

it has cool light effect at night also.. i hope you enjoy this lot. i will do a second version as soon as possiable to improve the lot alittle better..
