It's a very nice lot, and I considered downloading it, but I did not. My reason is: if this building is to be a huge, city-centralized hopsital, in real life you would expect alot more shrubs/trees/beautification. I like the building itself, its an interesting shape and very nice.

it occurred to me while seeing this for the first time, this could be reskinned for an awesome Mars hospital.

Looks good, I sometimes baulk at the size of alot of the hospital sizes as I like to keep more space for commercial and residential space. Maybe you could have a helipad on the top of the 5 wings?
