A new parking lot was needed in a busy downtown area, but the mayor was having some cash problems so some large corporations
approached the mayor and proposed that they would lease adverting space in the parking lot. It will be great publicity for them as
many people use the parking lot per day.
This lot is just a Billboard parking lot:
