Yes it exist, and it is one of authorized Saddam Hussein monument by the new Irak government.

Specially dedicated to military parade in Saddam era constructed after Iran-Irak war as symbol of victory. Qadisiyah Swords (Victory Arch) is one of most important heritage and history of Irak.
