This is a beautiful rendition of the Flatiron in New York City (I think its at the corner of 34th and 2nd.) Definately worth a ten! And dude, if you hadn't said anything about your English, I wouldn't have been the wiser. You speak quite well.

this building was actually originally designed and built in Atlanta in the late 1800's.

Your Building looks nice and real, but it would be very nice if you could make it like theelords 45 tower, so the streets can go right along the sides...

actually based on all the pictures ive seen of the flatiron style this building should not be so wide. if anything a 2x5 or 3x5 lot at most. I have pics of the NY one and it deffinately isnt that wide. Other than that though, nice job on the building.

When will you be able to make the Flatiron building with the two Y shaped streets? Someone several days ago made a couple of low-rise diagonal buildings that enable streets to go alongside it.

Considered the oldest remaining skyscraper in New York, the Flatiron Building is 285 feet (87 meters) tall. Addressa t 23rd Street, Broadway, & 5th Avenue, New York, New York Needs to be darker... justa bit. Also cant overlap car park texts... other than that a nice try just needs to be fixed

While i thnk the fact that you have to fit it to a square lot ruins a part of the buliding, thats all SC4 fault, so great job here
