I like to thank catty for saving the Sc3urk on CB to make this building possible for having Sc3urk.
I wanted Valians version of this from the wayback machine site.
unfortunately I could not get it, so i print screened the thumbnail of his tower and edited it and redrawn it on GIMP and MS paint.
I hope this landmark would be seen in many sc3k users cities.
You get the sjs file of this building or the landmark by opening my plugin and place this in your C:\GOG Games\SimCity 3000 Unlimited\Apps\PlugIn\ folder.
If you want to use my building as a replacement building then SimCity 3000 Unlimited Rendering Kit is required:
