its exceptional.. fits good in my city and into the game generally.. just to complaints: getting 180 Simdollars from it is like cheating.. it should COST you money monthly.. 2nd complaint: its spawns also fisherboats and thugboats.. not realistic for a yachtclub... everything else is perfect.. 9.99/10

I cant get it to plop??? Yes I am new to this and this is one of the first I have tried.

I love the fact that its plopable AND Functional. I prefer these. Example: who wants 20 or 30 Mcdonalds in a town of 20,000? LOL I'd much rather place User-made building myself and have them Influence my city somehow. But of course, to each his/ her own. My favorite thing about this is that I could get it to work as a beginner. ~ This stuff is so overwhelming at times. You've made getting something cool stuff for my city easy and fun. (as it should be) THANKS *full marks. How do you get the lights on the pier to work? Must be something I'm missing??

Awesome, however for somereason the graphics of the water get screwed up, and act the same as the borders graphics.

Quite nice, the only critique I would give is that the yellow and blue are a wee bit loud, almost like IKEA. If a white and blue glass front, for example, were added I reckon this would be near-perfect. Cheers for your work
