Bear in mind the necessary model file is missing from this upload and you will get only a Brown Box plopping this lot. Since the original creator is not around and based on the comments the model went missing 20+ years ago (late 2004 or early 2005), it is highly unlikely it will be ever recovered.
IF anyone has the original model, please don't hesitate and let any of the active moderators and/or admins know, so we can add it to the download and it can be restored properly.

Finally a place for your sims to go and get some "quiet time". The need for an insane asylum has peake due to too many sims "freaking out" after taking hallucinogenic drugs and hanging around the Psychedelic Plaza.
