I don't know if that sign on the building is supposed to say kids' exchange, kids exchange, or kid sex change. However, both the latter are equally controversial, so I'll just pretend it's the first.

that's an old Simgoober building that you can find on the LEX. I think its based off a real building too.

Not sure if I will hear back because it's been so long now, but! ... I downloaded this and all of it's dependencies. I also downloaded a shopping center with it in it. Oddly enough, when I plop the shopping center, Burger King is there, fully functional, and no issues. The strange part comes in when I cannot find it by itself in my buildings button. I have placed the files specifically for Burger King in two different locations on my computer. One in the applications/SimCity4/GameData/Plugins AND Documents/SimCity4/Plugins trying to get it to show up. What am I doing wrong?

Hey! I am sorry you are having issues, what buildings button are you referring too? This is a grow able lot that will grow in commercially zoned areas, therefore can not be plopped unless edited other wise in the Lot Editor and Reader tools. I hope this helps with your issue, if you have any other questions feel free to ask.

I can't find the building in the game menu or in LotPlop or BuildingPlop.

It's a growable, so it should not be in the game menu. Try searching "C88" in the Lot or Building Plop. I try to keep all my naming conventions the same. Thank you for the support, my apologies on the late reply!
