About This File
This is a very small medium density R$$ lot. It's 1x2 tiles (smaller than it looks hehe), and has sim capacities of R$: 165, R$$: 110. my second custom building using B.A.T. (my bus stops and helipad don't really count as buildings 
)

If this actually develops in any of your cities please let me know. I have yet to see it grow. Maybe I'll make a ploppable version since the Sims are so reluctant to build it...
