Cartagena, Colombia - European  1.0

I started with a height map of Cartagena and improved it for game play. The map has plenty of resources, including extensive farm land and about 150,000 trees. It has ship, air, rail and road transportation in all possible directions. 

There are three available sweet spots (straightline shore) for cargo ports or scenic walkways, and a great spot for centralize sewage drainage leading off the map.  There's also a good mix of flat and hilly land for interesting landscapes.

I definitely recommend using the 25 tile mod on this one.
