Well, this is my fourth BAT lot for SimCity 4. I'm really getting the hang of GMAX now

Anyway, this is a nice little 2X2 ploppable residential lot. It doesn't cost anything and there's no monthly cost. I did this because of one reason. I'm trying to get the hang of the BAT editor and how to make things growable (Which I could probably do if anyone suggests), and where's it's a small lot, I don't want it to cripple your budgets . Don't let the tiny size fool you, this house holds up to 20 sims. You could more or less call it a frat house if you wanted to .
My favorite part about this lot is how secluded it looks with all the trees around it. I know that I'd personally like a little home like this.
Naturally, any comments or suggestions are welcome. And I must note that there is actually night lights, even though you can't really see them on the second screenshot.
