THis lot has an bug in it..When I place it in my city, there is an huge present sitting on the water, whats up with that?

Make sure that you place all three files (LOT, MODEL & DESK) in your plugins folder.

This will be great in my latest project where I have many small islands. Some are large, but some only have 3 houses on them. This will be a much better fit (and allow for a couple more houses!) for those smaller islands.
