About This File

Finally I'm able to release a new version of my first building mod - an offline version of the Central Train Station. Besides being able to function besides the default station, this one has a few perks;

 

  • New better looking lot more suited to the station size
  • Buildable on road as opposed to on rail
  • Contains built-in tracks
  • Has a much higher capacity than the default station (at a slightly higher cost)

I'm also having graphical issues with this. Seems to have a different result depending if I have your other train station mod, or procs kalone train on road mod.

works fine but i have a big problem, after update the city to future - the station become a graphic bug :D

While i was playing it switched back to orignal blue building but stayed just as long as new 1

When it futurizes it changes to old blue 1

 

yeh i have the same problem when using CoT.

When i go to connect it to the track i can only connect the front of the station, if i try to connect the back it just says 'cannot draw through placed buildings', why won't it let me connect the back?

I think I know where is the problem :
when a building is placed on a futurized road, there is new stuff added on the building. So there is 1 normal building model and 1 futurized building model.
This mod is a train station. There is a normal building model BUT no futurized building model. So when the building is placed on a futurized road, the game  didn't found the futurized train station building, so it use the default one.

I notice that doesn't work when the building is futurized (COT expansion).  It reverts back to a passenger train station when I put a Mag lev beside it. Still collects passengers but the name and the physical building rever back.

Awesome station, but when the city gets futurized it goes the the default station.  has to be deleted to be put back and city must be de-futurized.

mine dosent work with COT well it does but when it does get "futurized" it becomes the original station
